George West was scheduled to play for the 2A softball state high school championship at 11 A.M. today but no news. I guess that means they lost unless it was delayed by weather.

I saw her pitch @ the Pearsall tournament. She throws a legit 61 - 62 consistently. They've come a long way this year. Early in the year, they didn't have a catcher who could catch that girl's pitches.

I believe their catcher was a freshman...very tough job.
