Rough day for Texas Big 12 SB Teams

#7 ranked UT loses 2 on Friday hosting a Regional and is out of the tournament. Lost to BYU 8-9 and East Carolina 0-1

#18 ranked A&M drops their first game at LSU Regional on Friday 0-5 to Louisiana-Lafayette. Now must win out over McNeese St, Lou-Laf and LSU to advance.

Texas Tech lost 4-5 to Stanford and will have to win out their remaining games in the Stanford Regional to advance.

Tough days for Texas Big 12 softball teams indeed! :(

rough day for the conference...as nebraska and ok. state both dropped games also........missouri and ou both won.

last time I checked fordham was giving ou troubles today.

Big question is Coach Clark at UT, rumors have swirled since the days of Cat that Clark was on thin ice. Losing a regional as a 7 seed nationally will not set well.

Yes, this their first trip to a regional in a while!

After Wilson left to join Candrea at Arizona, most thought Tech would continue to struggle. But Tech new coach took the talent Wilson had brought in and handled the transition famously!

the aggies also have a very stout grouping coming in next season and some early verbal commits from solid juniors right now.
