Anyone think it odd that there will not be any Protestants on the Supreme Court? Protestants are clearly a majority of people living in the US and not one on the Supreme Court?

While I am a bit concerned about the increasing lack of diversity on the Supreme court, the fact that there is already a majority of Catholics doesn't appear to have influenced the decision making very much:

1. No change in the increasing sentiment to delete any Christian symbolism in public places including schools.
2. No change in legalizing abortions.
3. No change in capital punishment.

Being Catholic would seem to me to cause a change in the courts attitude toward all of these. The only thing I can determine is that the members are able to overcome their personal biases or they aren't really very bound by their religion. This being said, one more probably won't make a difference. JMO.
