This great movie will be on the Encore Western Channel this coming Monday (May 10, 2010) starting at 7 P.M. In fact it will be shown several times next week on this channel so consult your tv guide for the other times if you wish.
It is a great unusual western with beautiful color, action and plot. The performances are great and the scenery is great. Don't miss this one. It has Paul Newman as John Russell, Frederic March as the dishonest Indian agent, Barbara Rush as March's wife, Jim Boone as the leader of the outlaws, and Martin Balsam as Henry Mendez to name a few. A great movie.
