Old news. Kid already cleared as not being the person that others were claiming him to be, but he is still an illegal alien. Custody has been granted to the Permian hoops coach until a hearing can be held to determine what to do with the kid.

He origianally was living with one of the UTPB basketball players, but when that kid moved back to Florida this kid didn't want to go so the UTPB kid talked the Permian coach into letting him live there. It's all pretty fishy if you ask me, but it is what it is.

The guy who enroled him into Permian was a teamate of the player in question in Florida????? come on!! sounds like some finger printing messed up . what are the chances of 1) a guy who looks just like this other player 2) being from the same contry 3) enroled in school by a former teamate of the 22 year old in florida.... noway this is not him...

Sounds like typical Permian dealings from the 60s and 70s. Except those usually were football players. They sure recruited some great players back in those days, and won a bunch of state titles with them.
