Monahans and Andrews both 8-2 in district...will they have a play-off now? Does anyone know when if that happens?

Both teams have the same record but Monahans beat them twice. This means Monahans is the district Champion and Andrews is the #2 seed. A playoff would only be needed if Seminole was tied with them as well.
