Of note in our game. I witnessed one of the best at bats. Our 4 hole hitter fouled off 16 pitches with a 3-2 count and on the 22nd pitch of the at bat lined a single to left. This opened the flood gates for us. The pitcher gutted it out, but she was visibly exhausted. She ended the night having thrown 140+ pitches. :eek:

Columbia lost to LaGrange 1 to 0 in the bottom of the 7th. Parker from WC struck out 14 batters, it was a pitchers duel all of the way. Congrats to LaGrange and good luck!
