Where's Dave Bliss these days?

Looking for a coaching job wherever he can find it, apparently. He sought the recently vacated boys basketball coaching job in Llano:

Dave Bliss, a one-time highly successful college coach who was kicked out of the college game in disgrace, applied for the Jackets’ job.

Why did he seek the position? “It’s going to be exciting there,” he told me by phone, April 26. “They have great aspirations. I’ve always enjoyed coaching and working with young people.”

that would've made road games real interesting lol the crowds would heckle him for sure

i believe that he is on the speaking circuit also...may even speak at texas basketball clinic this year.

Most of the teams that Llano play aren't famous for heckling. High school isn't college and it would be the college kids who would be more likely to heckle.

He got hired to Allen Academy in Bryan yesterday...what a change from Baylor to a private school lol
