I know a few people have had problems and have had to manually be put in that "group."

Unless you bring it to our attention, we have no way of knowing that you can't get in.

It took a couple of weeks for me. I was told that Administrator was out of town at the time, and that he would take care of it ASAP. He's a very busy man!! Patience...:D
