"Freddy's coming for you":D he's back the remake of N.O.E. S. slashes up the big screen on April 30. Now to see if Freddy will match up with other big horror films who came out of the vault and scare up a new generation of horror fans.

The original scared the you-know-what out of me back in the day. I would not let myself fall asleep the night I saw it--every time I started dozing off, I'd wake myself back up again. And it was a long time before I went to sleep easily or quickly.

In retrospect it doesn't look all that bad, especially with the really and truly scary movies out today. The old Freddy doesn't seem so bad compared to the Saw clown puppet guy or anything coming out of a Japanese horror film. It'll be interesting to see how the new Freddy stands up next to them.
