Though he's not part of the draft coverage, my pick is Brent Musberger.

I like Gruden--no nonsense X's and O's from a guy who is pretty sharp on the game.

haha i was laughing so hard

or the one where berman was like waving his hand at the camera to get it to cut off because they were all just talking to each other and had no idea the camera was still on them... berman looked really pissed the entire night

Todd McShay, Craig James, Brent Musberger.

I like John Gruden. I like that he doesn't hold back on what he's saying and he's been ripping Mel Kiper's @$$ about Tim Tebow all week before the draft.

A little too arrogant for a guy who had a 95-81 (.539%) pro coaching record and has changed jobs every 2 years for his entire career..............

I saw that too and I was totally upset that ESPN would allow such language on the air. I am going to cancel my subscription.

Several years ago,I saw Mel Kiper get ripped to shreds by one of the Rotes while they were at Green Bay when Kiper made a similar statement about GB's picks that season. Something along the lines of --"Who the hell is Mel Kiper? You never played a down in your life......"

I was waiting for Jon to rip Mel's ass just once on the set but he never did. I personally don't like Mel either, he always thinks he's right and has never played a down or unless I'm mistaken even coached in the NFL. If anyone should be doing a mock draft it should be Gruden, hell he obviously knew what he was doing when he won a super bowl and knew what players it took to get him there.

I saw that with Kiper and I thought it was the Colts... but who cares... he totally undressed Kiper and Kiper sat there like a little bi##h and took it...

Kiper has no credentials... people just think he is great, well ESPN does...

problem is... the coaches and the staffs that make the picks in the draft do hours upon hours of research and Gruden has been part of that... noone else has

I have a strong dislike for Steve Young. He has bad hair and is just ugh...

Mel Kiper should be working at some Vegas casino with that hair. Not sitting with Jon Gruden and Tom Jackson.

And Chris Berman needs to retire already!

I like Jon Gruden and Tom Jackson :)

I think you may be right about it being the Colts.

not sure either... in my mind I think he was bashing the Colts for drafting Marshall Faulk... could be wrong...

all I know is was that was funny... I am sure that Kiper peed all over himself

NFL Networks draft coverage is so much better than ESPN

It appears I'm in the minority on Jon Gruden. Maybe I should actually try to get past his "Chucky" snear Schtick and actually pay attention to what he has to say.

I saw that too...as someone in TV production I got a big kick out of that LOL. Berman is near the top of my list. He just strikes me as an egomaniac.

I keep waiting for Gruden to just reach over and rip out Mel Kiper's throat. He's looked like he wanted to a few times.

Oh...and Stuart Scott drives me nuts with his semi jive talk. What a tool...
