Its not like he was dealing drugs, robbing people, raping women, etc. He just got caught in a sticky situation. I wish him the best in Dallas, him and Austin will be a dangerous threat. If only R. Williams could get back to his ole' ways...

I just watched a few videos on him, the Cowboys got the steal of the draft. Bryant didn't run the fastest 40, but the tapes show that he runs away from the defense. This guy was an excellent return man, very amazing for a player of his size. Great hands & very good at getting separation to make the catch. He's like a one man cold, he's the only one catching it & the only one coming down with it. His size makes him extremely hard to tackle, but it was his ability to elude tackles & find the endzone that really impressed me.

Hearing the Cowboys are going to give him No. 88.

that'd be tight

some dude on espn said today that he talked to a cowboys higher up and that person said they want irvin to be his mentor, not deon sanders lmao

both aren't very good mentors but oh well, bryant really hasn't done anything wrong.. not like he's got drug or booze problems in his past

I'm not by any means an NFL scout, but I thought he was one of the two best players in this draft. From what I saw, him and Suh were the two monsters of this class. I never saw a college player that could slow down either of those guys.

Then again, I'm not much of a Cowboys fan either. So I hope he sucks. :D

talked to a coach he had in high school, just another high maintenance football player. He will (IMO) screw up his NFL career with something. Glad he went to the Cowboys, hopefully he will stir up team chemistry in a bad way, I am not at all a Cowboys fan.

Dez Bryant is a joke. This is a typical cowgirl pick, ignore your needs and go after the big name.. I thank god everyday I'm not a cowturd fan because I would be miserable if my front office ran things the way they do.. It sure will ve fun to watch this team flop though

I know some people... some who played at OSU with him...

they all say the same thing...extremely talented... at times will work very hard... but not a priority sometimes and if he does not get his way... he pouts...

to be honest, what it all sounds to me is maturity... I remember being an Astros fan and how talented Kenny Lofton was... but he had the same problems and just thought he had arrived, but did nothing but pout until the Astros traded him to Cleveland, then he got his act straight and look how it turned out...

I think Dallas overpaid for him and the way Jones likes to coddle some of his players I think this is a bad pick...

Didn't the eagles give away 2 third round picks to move up for a undersized DE? I wouldn't be talking. :D

Getting the top rated receiver, who is a top 5 talent for the 24th pick is not overpaying. I think the Cowboys got a bargain. :)

No they gave away two third round picks for the Big 10 MVP, the two-time leader in tackles for loss in the nation and they addressed a need, they didn't splurge for a big name cry baby receiver with character issues that they didn't need

We have a guy on texaaaasports like Keith (rkhufu7), but Keith is much funnier.

I never thought he was funny till that "continue the story" thread was going and he always destroyed the planet or said something to make it stop. LOL

Overpaid?? Swapped 1st's, that's even, then swapped a 3rd for a 4th, that's pretty close to an equal. You're jealousy is obvious.

Sounds like your average Philly Cry-baby!!! Do you remember the last two scores between Dallas & Philly. Y'all need more help than that little DE will give you...Did you say Big 10 MVP...that means that he might be able to actually play for a Big 12 team then...

Hmmmm.

The only thing that Dez did was lie about meeting with Deion. And he's a thug now. Andy Reid lied to McNabb so I guess Reid is a thug also.

145000 bytes
43000 bytes

NOT same size

According to rules both are too big as far as pixel size goes but who really cares?

anyone that seriously thinks giving up 2 3rd round picks for Brandon Graham was dumb they obviously don't know anything about football or have heard what the scouts have said about him.

considering most scouts ranked him at the 10-15 range, I'm pretty sure the Eagles knew what they were doing ..

And according to the draft-pick value chart, the Eagles the better deal when trading up

This from the guy whose team traded their potential HOF QB to a division rival.

They lost 2 pics, dallas didn't lose any pics with there trade and some people are saying dallas gave up to much for the best player at his position in this draft. Stupid does still reside in some people here.
