Unless I missed something, the only proven facts are, he has been really stupid on several occasions. Glad that wasnt a crime when I was young and dumb. And I hate defending the guy, cause I dont even like him. Just havent seen any crime proven.

True but the suspension stems from the NFL plyer conduct policy being violated according to the Goodell

I see your point, but this isn't about guilty or not or even if it's a crime or not. It's about giving the league a blackeye by his actions. Goddell is the daddy and he just put one of his kids in timeout :D

Oh I completely agree with all that. The problem I have is with all the people calling him a rapest, but without the facts to back it up. And those who do have access to all the facts have chosen NOT to charge him with a crime.

Stang, my guess is that Ben's behavior has been setting off alarms for a long time in the past from the reckless motorcycle riding to the present. I don't think it was this latest incident alone that got Ben suspended, just as Pac Man's first incident by itself didn't get him punished. I think they were both warned pointedly, numerous times to behave.

The woman can't be the only person who decides to press charges though. The DA could press charges as well, but obviously there wasn't enough evidence for a conviction so they didn't push for it. I think that they were both drunk, had sex, and she regretted it later because she felt used and like a whore. So she tried to turn it around and say she was raped so that she could assuage her own guilt and try to save her reputation. If getting drunk and hooking up with random girls is against the NFL rules then there shouldn't be many active players in the league as it stands.
