The game was tied 1-1 going into the home half of the seventh. Vandegrift sent in a reliever, who promptly gave up walks to the first 2 batters of the inning (Kyle Hester and Ryan Fickel). After a wild pitch put the runners at 2nd and 3rd, Blake Thompson ripped a game-winning hit to right-center field to give LH a 2-1 victory.

They will take second or third, it could come down to last District game for second and third. If La Grange's wins out, there may have to be a playoff for the runner up spot.

Much needed win for the Tigers. I thought if they lost this one we would be toasted but they dug deep and got the win.
