I only saw 2 games played in Cowboy's Stadium.

The 1st one was Dallas vs Washington on Thanksgiving back in either 2002 or 2003. They won pretty handidly.

The other game was the state simi-finals when Gilmer beat Snyder.

I also caught the end of the Marshall state championship game before the Gilmer game. I don't remember who it was they were playing though.

Dallas vs. Washington. The game that LaVar Arrington knocked
Troy Aikman into retirement.

Sweetwater vs. Tatum. The game where the Eagles cheated
by outscoring us.

North Texas was 2-1 against Texas Tech in the '90s at Texas Stadium.. If Texas Tech won the game then the score was 30-0

Here are a few more I forgot:

I saw Sweetwater play there several times, and I cant remember ever seeing us win one there.
Denison 84 semis
Carthage ?? semis (maybe 95?)
Tatum 05 semis
seems like there was 1 or 2 more also.

And we had a great marching band in the 70s that played many Cowboys half time shows. Do they still use any high school bands at half time anymore?

Dallas vs. Green Bay on a Thanksgiving game--Jason Garrett ended up winning the game. Also Dallas vs. Cleveland Browns when I was a kid. Don't remember the score on that one.

The only high school games I've seen there have been when Bridgeport played some team from Florida.

Back in the 90's, Bridgeport did a home-home series with Niceville, FL. This game was in Texas Stadium and was a tremendous thrill for all of the players, coaches, and parents. Plus, the Bulls won the Texas stadium game, but got thumped badly when we went to Florida the next season.

Planned on staying after the Katy/SLC game and watching Tatum/Hondo but ended up meeting Emerson and Jason in Mesquite and watching Celina/Paul Pewitt instead.

I only saw one pro game, and it was a preseason game in '07 between the Cowboys and Colts.

As for High school teams, I saw most of Forney's games from 2002-2004 there...trying to remember the opponents...

Atlanta
Gainesville
Everman (2x)

Yes, it was Ennis. I think it was the 4A Division I state title game, if I'm not mistaken. Marshall looked like the better team in this one, but turnovers killed them if I'm not mistaken. Memory kinda fades....

I can't remember all of the teams I saw play there, but I can name a few:

Dallas Cowboys
St. Louis Cardinals
Oakland Raiders
Los Angeles Rams
Washington Redskins
Tampa Bay Bucaneers
Philadelphia Eagles
Minnesota Vikings
New York Giants
San Francisco 49ers
Kansas City Chiefs

Gilmer
Snyder
Marshall
Ennis
Longview
John Tyler
Arlington Martin
Allen
Irving McArthur (I believe)
Plano
Dallas Carter
Aledo

There's a few more high school teams and maybe an NFL team or two, but that's all I can remember.... I'm gonna miss Texas Stadium....

:

Marshall dominated except a saftey and then gave up a TD on the KO after the safety ended up losing by 2 points

That was also the game the Maverick WR bounced the ball off the turf everyone thought it was incomplete and he picked it up and went like 50 yds for the score

For some reason I don't remember much about that game, except that Marshall was probably the better team but lost on the scoreboard --- the only thing that really counts. It seems like I remember a couple of momentum changing bad calls.....but my memory fades..... Wasn't Graham Harrell the QB for Ennis then?

Graham was a frshman at TTech in 04..Clark started at QB for Ennis in 04 and 05 because he had a big showdown with Stafford in 05 and Ennis got killed

Oh, ok. I knew his last name was Harrell, but I had forgotten his first name. I just assumed it was Graham, but now that you mentioned it.....I do remember he had a brother that followed him at Ennis..... That was a good game..........but I left feeling like Marshall should have definitely won it.

I was at the last high school game played in Texas Stadium. That was Carthage, riding Dwight Smith, over Celina. I remember the all everything middle linebacker for Celina getting his back hurt and being unable to play during pre-game run on the field when a teammate jumped on his back. Felt bad for the young man.
