Very sad. Another young life lost to a legal, accepted drug.

It is NOT legal when the person is 17...and it should NOT be accepted for a 17-year old to be drinking/drunk.

Sad thing is that its becoming too common and easy for underage kids to buy beer. Even more sad is that his parents let him go to Panama City, Florida for spring break.

Sad deal...I would hope th parents or any parents that allow their underage children to go on spring break exscursioins aren't nieve enough to actually think their children are not going to drink/get drunk. Isnt that what its about? I mean its almost glamorised these days by the students and main stream media until something tragic happpens. Sadly parents knowing exactly what will happen at sprink break with their undergae kids is accepted by way too many. Education is the key and the parents need to educate their children on whats out there and the effects the substances that they are gonna indulge in have on them. There are S.A.F.E.R. alternatives then alcohol by far. The parents need to let their kids no this. In this case it was to late. A very sad ending to a ungoing problem. Education is the key.
