I've know Shannon for a long time and sur prised about this=Did he step down on his own to get out of coaching.

Won the district, went to regionals last year. Coach is young, dont think he stepped down on his own.

i'll read any opposite opinions on the subject but....THIS IS WRONG.....new ad's coming in and upsetting or shaking up a solid sport and a successful coach.

i cannot believe that the sweeny parents, some of them at least, would not stand up for the hoops coach.

i'll bet that there are many hs programs that wished that they had sweeny's past 3-4 year success rate.

so how about it???

not sure about girls, but from what i hear Van Dyke will still be in charge of boys track
