The WO-S Track Team made a name for themselves at the Texas Relays. The 4x100 team set a new 3A meet record with a time of 41.04. The 4x200 team also set a meet record with a time of 1:26.06. Trey Franks smoked the competition in the 100m with a time of 10.4 and Phillip Jones was first in the 110 hurdles 14.30

How did they do in football? With all that speed they should have been very good.

Hey Airforce1, just because a couple of kids have speed, doesn't mean they should be good at anything except running. There's a lot of factors that go into making up a good non-track sports team.

on the other hand - it doesn't hurt to have WR who run a 10.5 100M :D (provided he can catch the ball) :p

True but they have a good coach down there at WOS. I bet if those guys played (idk if they did or not) they would be pretty good. Almost anyone can be taught how to throw and catch a football or how to hit hard but you can't teach speed like that to anyone.

Congrats to the WOS boys. Those are some very impressive times.
