Who have they played so far this year?Other than Rains and Farmersville i not sure about the other 2 teams but they are averaging 60 points a game on OFF. and 10 on Def. Watch em they could be dangerous. I know they want have any trouble with us this year! Big and strong. a little speed and a pretty good system under a good coach????

quinlan did the same thing last year - they put up tons of points against bad competition, got beat BAD by Commerce, then went out early in the playoffs, maybe first round (dont exactly recall) ... maybe they can get by Commerce this year but I doubt it

quinlan has beaten:
kaufman (1-3, beat Seagoville)
emory rains (1-3, outscored 135-51, beat 1-2 farmersville)
kemp (0-4, outscored 162-58)

they play at Commerce on halloween so strange things could happen :D

I have seen great teams do the same thing against also rans and never get recognition because of it. Commerce 1995 forney 2000 you have to realize they were very young last year and this year they just have another QB so beware here they come?

quinlan can be much improved, but until they beat a commerce or a celina they will never be truely able to claim any title other than runner up. commerce is still the top dog until someone can knock them off. i just don't see that happening. commerce has played the best and everyone know you have to play the best to beat the best. look who quinlan has played.
commerce is the best team in 3a right now and i will believe that over any poll. stand buy were just getting rolling. can you say 14-2. state champs baby!

What about Quinlan? They'll go 9-1 or 8-2 playin' Little Sisters of the Poor-type teams, then Celina will hang half a'hundred on'em come playoff time. Or, if they happen to go D1, then Gainesville'll hang half a'hundred on'em. Nothin' new here.

Yeah, just like they were for real last year(46-14 in bi-district) and in 2000(lost to KAUFMAN in bi-district). It's easy to rack up points against the Little Sisters of the Poor. Call me when they do somethin' worth talkin' about.
