On the exact same day, just 20 miles away, the lake record on Lake o' the Pines was broken with a 13.2. It was the 1st Sharelunker for LOP since the program began.

Very nice. Lake Livingston just recorded a new lake record as well. It was the first share-a-lunker ever taken from Livingston.

BTW Aussie, I will make my annual trip to LOTP mid April. I'll get in touch with you sometime just before I head that way to get the latest scoop. :)

Lake o' the Pines record lasted 6 days!!! 15.13 brought in today. I have a picture but I don't know how to post it:mad:

I just checked out Caddo Lake for the first time back on March 14th... I was driving back to DFW from Mississippi and stopped for about half an hour at the state park there. From what I saw, it's definitely somewhere I want to go when I have more time to spend.
