Hold up. Lets just say that his kids were enrolled before he was fired, does he has some legal ground to stand on in his lawsuit? I think it's relevant information. If they were talking to Tubbs before he was fired then there could be a problem.

Crazy like a fox. I'm no Leach fan, don't get me wrong, but if he doesn't explore any and all avenues available to seek out wrongdoing by Texas Tech University in the way his firing was handled he would be a fool.

Agreed. I don't think its crazy at all. Didn't they do the same thing to the b-ball coach before Knight? Knight got hired before he got fired.

You can bet that didn't happen. It would be easier to find out if Tubberville had bought a house before the end of Dec...no way that happened. Just check and see if he is on the tax rolls somewhere on the Caprock!
He is just being as difficult as possible and trying to bury them in paperwork.

Considering the kid's Dr. was quoted as saying that a cool dark place was perfecly fitting for anyone suffering from light sensitivity after a concussion, I don't find your argument to be very convincing.
