Don't know for sure, but I'd think it would be Southwest.

Southwest. Cheaper during the week days, also cheapest flying out of San Antonio of any place in Texas.

Dont know if they still do it, but there used to be Southwest roundtrip flights from Midland to Vegas for $99.
But I think they are only on certain days, and you have to book way in advance.
