Having watched both teams yesterday, I'm going with Wylie. I haven't seen too many high school (small school) programs as well coached as these girls. They know their offense and defense inside out. In the end #24 is too much to contain and has another big game. Good luck to both teams - should be lots of fun to watch!

LE benifited from some favorable calls down the stretch to pull this one out. With that said Wylie still had plenty of opportunities to win this one.

The officials not counting a basket that #24 Little made and got fouled on killed them (LE was called for an intentional foul, from my vantage point Little had gotten the shot off before the foul occured).

This game was a case of Wylie losing the game more than LE winning it. LE did everything to give Wylie the championship the last :30 seconds of the game. Wylie could not hit the big shot when it counted though.

Congrats to LE on winning the championship.

The game was called fairly poorly but evenly so... #24 was, I believe called for traveling, which these refs seemed to like to call, cool little disco move I guess. Both teams had opportunities to win and it was ashame that one had to lose, We are both returning several players and may meet again next year. :clap: :clap:
