Liberty-Eylau vs Madisonville Girls Basketball State Semi Final

It is game day. Looking at stats the 2 teams match up very well, Madisonville has 2 big post player (5'9" and 5' 8") and 2 very good guards.
LE will counter with 3 posts and 1 guard that can play post up (6', 6', 5'10", and 5'8") repectively and a whole host of guards; that will alternate from minute 1 to minute 31. Madisonville is touted to be a physical team which is good, because physical and fast paced is exactly what LE likes to play. This should be an exciting game.

I was listening to the second half of the game with all the Madisonville guys I work with. When Madisonville laid off the full court press, they gave LE all the breathing room they needed. There were a lot of fouls being called both ways in the second half. It was almost unbearable to listen to. The girls couldn't play 20 seconds without a whistle. Congratulations to the Lady Leopards, and I am pulling for you against Abilene Wylie.:D

I think our last 3 games had 1 or more of the opposing teams top players on the bench. I would rather see the refs let the girls "play" more.
