"I never could stay sober on the Corpus Christi Bay."
-Robert Earl Keen, Jr. "Corpus Christi Bay"

Guess it's true. Men's Health rated CC as #25.

Most of the towns at the top are either college towns, in Nevada or Louisiana, or both.

I would have thought that New Orleans would have been rated in top 5 but maybe that hurricane settled it down.

had a dear friend killed by a drunk driver thursday morning at 7am. yes, at 7am. he was driving in the wrong lane, and hit her head on between sealy and bellville on hwy 36 in the fog. she taught at sealy elem, and was a wonderful person. booze and driving are a terrible combo, and effect so many lives in a sad way.

I just heard that a lady was arrested for DUI in Genoa, Ar (just outside Texarkana) this morning after a traffic accident. She was taking her daughter to school. Thank God, from what I understand, no one was injured.
