Is there a keyboard shortcut for the "submit"(send) button?

Nope. You have to choose between "Preview" and "Submit Reply".

It doesn't really make any difference to me personally. I was just trying to be helpful to the "other" folks, who might feel to lazy to reach for their mouse right away.:D
