Does anyone actually like the taste of these things? I think I'm on the up of one right now studying...

What kind if any do you like?

I knew a guy in my dorm at ACU who had 3 monsters in a row and he ended up in the hospital so limit yourself to one.

Never had one and do not plan to. Get plenty caffiene other ways.

I dont drink them at all. They are one of the few things that I refuse to consume. Im a garbage disposal when it comes to food

I drink a redbull every morning on my way to work, probably not the best thing in the world for me but it gets me going.

I just saw that commercial for Minute Maid Enhanced, where the teacher rubs balloons in his hair and defibs the comatose guinea pig with the static-y balloons. Don't really know where I was going with that. Just sayin'... :thinking: :thinking:

People out in the real world that know me know that I'm just loaded with the stuff!! But you'd be surprised that it really does come in handy from time to time!:D :D

I drink about 3 of the green Monster Imports a day.

I have a routine going ... I drop the kids off at school around 8 and pick up 2 of them. I have one when o get home and the othe for lunch. Then I'll either get one on my way to work and have it around 9 pm or if I'm off I'll drink it at dinner.

To the OP: I love the taste of the Monster Imports and really like the green ones as long as they are really cold.

I drink Monster or Amp when I'm working nights. I never could swallow Red Bull.

I never liked the taste of those energy drinks, even though I used to drink them occasionally. They have way too much caffeine and made me jittery. Now, all I drink are the small shots such as 5-Hour Energy, Shotz, and Ener-G. These only have the caffeine equivalent of one cup of coffee, very little sugar, taste MUCH better, and last MUCH longer. You might say I've graduated to the hard stuff.:D

I'm with Waterboy. I definitely prefer 5-hour energy. Don't know of a single energy drink that actually tastes good.

However, I can down a NOS Grape (tastes kinda like grape soda with that energy drink bite) and Lost energy drinks. That's about it, though.

and if you're not into alcoholic energy then I make my own energy shake, I usd to use it when I was studying for finals at UT.
Take a large Wendy's frosty and mix with a starbucks double shot expresso with 4 caffiene pills grounded up and mix all together and you'll be good for a while...and it tastes good too
