I am under the impression that there is a UIL rule stating that an organization may not practice an amount exceeding 8 hours/week outside of class instruction. Is that how it is? Meaning that the football team can only practice for 8 hours every week after school or whatever and the band can only practice for 8 hours (aside from the band period) every week? Is that how it works or am I just seriously confused? I think I may be confused...does anyone know?
