I knew better....... Looks like the Northeast, or somewhere north of there. We've never had a snow like that around here before. The most snow we ever had at one time around here is about 22" back in 1899.

I was thinking she sat down with Betsy Ross when she made the flag...........:D .........but I guess when she was a little older, she could've been involved with the suffrage movement......;) Dang, I wonder where she was when Lincoln was assassinated....:eek:

Betsy kicked her off the flag sewing team. Said she couldnt sew a streight stitch if her life depended on it.
Also, I heard she was churning the butter for the popcorn in the Ford theater on that day. I'm sure I read it in one of the history books somewhere.
