Well, this schedule should really get the Gobblers ready for the playoffs. Anyone that uses that old adage about us coming out of an easy schedule/easy district is just spouting malarkey! Glad Liberty Hill is back in Region IV where it belongs. Likewise for Wimberley. Hold onto your hair, this is gonna be fun!:D

I hope we have a bye the week of Calhoun/Cuero. The crabs are a very tough physical bunch and I'm guessing that game will mean a lot to the folks in PL.

Looking forward to following the Gobblers this year. My guess is they will do just fine, but I also think this year will do even more to reveal the greatness of young Mr. Arndt. Just as we will miss the leadership of KJ. Who looks to be taking snaps for you guys this coming year?

You know GB, I really don't enjoy their style on the field. Not sure I look forward being in the same district as them. Seems more than playing football can break out at any moment.

I like this schedule a lot!! Not only do we play Calhoun and some other tough schools in pre-district, we keep our rivalry district games with Yoakum and Gonzales.

Only six more months till some Gobbler football!!:D

Know what you're talking about. They are very physical. I was so proud of the way our guys stayed focused on the task at hand. But their guys were respectful after the game and showed nice sportsmanship when congratulating the Gobblers on their win. Hope we have good games with them this year. Love their band!!:D :D
