I will tell you for sure that San Angelo Central got screwed, atleast as far as travel is concerned. They couldve joined the Abilene, Midland, and Odessa schools, but no. The UIL saw fit to put them in the district with Lubbock and Amarillo. ??????

The UIL prefers even-numbers of schools in districts which I'm sure is the reason they moved them north since they are the only 5A school in their ISD and the UIL wouldn't split up the multiple school ISDs from Abilene, Odessa, Midland, Lubbock or Amarillo.
