Everman scrimmage report

Everman scrimmaged FW Arlington Heights today and looked better than last week...they outscored Heights 5-0...soph TB Marcus Jamison impressed in his first varsity action..

Heights first offense had first shot and in 20 plays gained 39 yards....their second offense faired better gaining 73 yards on 13 plays and getting inside the Everman 10 but failing to score...

Everman's first offense went out and got 148 yards in 24 plays (they got extra plays due to being inside the 20)....they scored twice on a JJ Jennings 34 yard run and a Michael Benton to Johnathan Harrell 12 yard TD pass and catch..Everman's second offense struggled some getting 45 yards in 14 plays...

Heights had their first offense come back out and in 20 plays they gained 64 yards...

Everman's first offense came out and scored 3 more times..rolling up 314 yards in 20 plays..Jennings had a 10 yard TD run and then on the next play Benton hit Tim Primus for a 70 yard TD pass...on the last play Theo Miller broke loose for a 50 yard TD run...

Hey Matt any word on Jackson. Just curious as to what happened we couldn't tell from up in the box. Man I wish we would knocked number 7 out of the game we tried but they wouldn't come out again they didn't want to loose him.

Yea I know He needs to learn to control himself. ANy word on Pistokache I was told he had quit the team due to injuries.

That is what I heard also..looks like he just got frustrated because he expected to start and play a lot..and things weren't working out becasue he stayed hurt..I wish he woulda stuck with it..we could always use the depth..

Hey Matt, Marcus Jamison did not play due to injury Thursday night, the TB you're probably thinking of is either Glen Burns or Prentis Wright. Pistokache did have to quit due to a recurring shoulder injury.
