NOTHING, they will have a long road ahead of them if they cant get more creative offensively. Lost a stud MLB on defense. They should have done anything they could to keep Chancellor around. I think alot of people were glad to see him go (IM NOT ONE OF THEM BY ANY MEANS), the man knew how to win ballgames.

A little bitter trublu ? The rest of Region 4 can only hope Cuero slows down enough to let them catch up ....which is not going to happen .

I think Bellville might surprise people. But win or lose I will always support the Brahmas.

With Trent Jackson in the backfield, I do not think that will happen with Cuero.

At the last game, I went through the program. By my count they are losing 18 senior starters plus the kicker. 2 or 3 other seniors also saw significant playing time.

Longview Pinetree. They are a weak 4-A team, think he only got 2 or 3 W's this year

Watch out Cuero! It sure looks like El Campo and possibly La Marque will be in Region III. Don't start talking crazy just yet

freshman and jv both had good qbs, freshman qb has good size, about 6 3 or 6 4...and pretty thick he is on varsity basketball....dont know too much about his football skills though...also have a nice little rb who lacks size right now but i believe will grow up more...i believe both parents were college athletes

Bellville will be down, but go 3-7 and make the playoffs in weak 5 team district.

With bellville being in a weaker district now, they can go 3-7 and go to the playoffs.
I don't think the bellville defense will be as strong as the past. They lost "HOSS" MLB jeremy jackson to Sam houston, and other key players like #2 anthony moreno(sp) #7 julian kennedy(sp) #8 cullen kendrick(sp) and #9 jocques polk(sp).

Anybody have any insights on who's going to fill their spots?

And how's the offense looking?

UIL knows Cuero is so good, they have them playing in the 4A playoffs this year with EC I guess. They'd beat 3/4 of them anyways.

Beasty,

Too many holes on both sides of the ball to discuss in February. I trust the coaching staff will take a good hard look at all the kids coming back that were on varsity last year (not many), all the JV kids moving up and incoming Sophs to see who can play and contribute immediately. It will be baptism by fire with the pre-district schedule Bellville has lined up. They should be ready to compete by the time district rolls around.

I hope an off. coord. is found or hired. If not, Coach Foster's head coaching stint will quickly end.

I don't think I've ever heard, or read for that matter, anything positive come out of your mouth (or off your keyboard) EVER.
