I now am a huge Tebow fan. AIR THE COMMERCIAL CBS!

I agree. It's a garbage decision by CBS to refuse to air a positive message in a commercial while airing such filth found in GoDaddy commercials. It's a case of 'Ye old double standard'.:speech:

That would only be the case if they let the ad air. They have held off ads from being aired before.

They should air it though.

Political agenda ads are not worth the trouble to air.

At least Tebow has gotten a significant amount of advance air time, so if CBS doesn't air the actual ad, his message has gotten out.

Why should saving a life be political? We just sent $100 million to Haiti to help save lives. Where's the outcry for that?

Does anyone know if it will be aired or not? Maybe I missed the announcement. IMO, I wish this wasn't made in to such a big deal. Tebow has always stood up and preached what he believed in without pushing it on anyone, until now. Let him do what he wants. I seriously doubt it will hurt his draft status anyways, who cares if a few folks get upset, freedom of speech is what makes America great, regardless of your beliefs. Sorry for rambling...

I don't see this as pushing anyone's belief on anyone else. Tim is simply saying that his mom was told she should have an abortion. She chose not to have an abortion and Tim (as well as the Gator Nation) are glad she made the choice she did.

I've never understood the "pro-choice" label. If you are pro-choice, then why not present both sides of the equation. It seems to me that the folks running the "pro-choice" movement are actually pro-abortion, not pro-choice.

At any rate, what harm comes from airing this story?
