Last weekend Alumni Football USA put on 5 games in central Texas, us Wimberley guys were all a little skeptical at first on how this was gonna go and be put together but it all in all it was pretty good. The company that put it on is really organized and set up everything from stadium to refs to pads, etc and it went pretty smooth come game day. We had to organize practices and that was pretty much it besides show up. If you ever get a chance to do it it was well worth it to get back out there one more time, other than being extremely sore all week but lots of fun. We played Dripping Spings in Wimberley last Sunday and the rest of the games(Manor/Elgin, McCallum/Cedar Park, Round Rock/Westwood, Westlake/Lake Travis) were all on Fri and Sat in Elgin. I believe the company is going out to West Texas the next couple of weekends. But anyways here are some highlights of the second half filmed by one of the parents, not the best quality but it'll do for now until the companies highlight video comes out on youtube and also a link for some photos takin of all the games.

Our oldest guy on the team graduated in '92, dont know about Drippings oldest player. We had a good mixture of guys mostly between 25-30yrs old with only about 3 or four younger guys. We didnt have anyone under 20yrs old. And it definately hurts way more the next day then it used to but to be able to play again was well worth it.
