I am trying to remember Chad Morris' coaching experience.
I know he coached at

Elysian Fields when they went to 2 straight 2A title games

Bay City (i think he won a title there)

Stephenville (no titles)

Lake Travis (undefeated back-to-back titles)

where there any others?

Morris has been named Co-Offensive Coordinator and Quarterbacks coach at Tulsa. He has served as a head coach on the Texas prep level for 16 years, coaching at Eustace Independent School District (1994-97), Elysian Field ISD (1998-99), Bay City ISD (2000-02), Stephenville ISD (2004-07) and Lake Travis ISD (2008-09).

Chad has took his teams to 6 championship games winning 3. He took EF to 2 title games, Bay City to 2 title games winning one, and LT to 2 title games winning 2 obviously.

He was 15 seconds away from taking Sville to the championship in 2005. Matthew Stafford threw a TD pass with 15 sec. left to beat Sville by 3.

I have no doubt that he will succeed at the next level. They are lots of coaches that expect greatness out of their players but Chad has that unique ability to make his players expect greatness out of themselves.

He is a great coach with great character and I am glad to call him my friend.
