We know Phillips will probably be back, TXB, but I wouldn't count out losing some coaches due to other offers, resignation, or firing, yet. The D-line coach went last week. Wait and see is the name of the game right now. I'm not just ga-ga over Jason Garrett, but I know that he is plenty smart and got some valuable trial-by-fire OJT as the season went along and I think he will respond accordingly.

they already hired Pasquollnin (sp?) to be the new DL coach

I like Garrett when it comes to gameplans...and when they work, he is solid..I think he struggles in making in game adjustments
