Is this a nice area? What about Pasadena?

Im going to be in the area a while for business so I would like to find a nice area east of Houston and hopefully find a nice place to stay. I have done the hotel thing but I would like to find a weekly apartment style rental place. Any suggestions?

Stay out of Pasadena and Baytown. La Porte's okay, Deer Park's okay. Kemah's nice. Not too many apartments do weekly though. You might want to check out some of the Inns and Suites in the area.

Ha thats funny, one of the engineers I work with is staying in Baytown. He said it was a great place lol. I was in Cloverleaf for a week but I heard it is a pretty rowdy area.

Baytown is the highest crime rate in the Metroplex, and Pasadena is second. Check out this link:
