He has learned how to coach from his father who was a damn good coach for many years and he is one of the great young coaches out there today. Just look at his success at ECU.

I agree......but wonder why his name doesn't come up at times for some of the bigger named jobs..............he maybe a rising star.

he Led EC to first winning season since 2000 4 straight bowls and was 38-27 2 conference titles..he was also pretty dang good at UCONN as well
