I could easily see a guy like Major Appelwhite getting this. They will probably get a top assistant or a guy from a non-BCS conference school.
I have also heard Randy Eksell(sp) from Connecticut mentioned

How old is Applewhite? Is he older or younger than Kiffen? I hadn't thought of him but he might be a good fit for the Vols.
