I bet many of you will remember Uwe Blab, drafted by the Dallas Mavericks in 1985. He has lived here in Wimberley for quite a few years. His son, Chris, graduated last May.
apparently Chris was at a party of some sorts in San Marcos this weekend, and the story is that there was a fight. It is unclear if a punch caused the fall or a wrestling match, but in any event Chris apparently hit the concrete with the back of his head. He is on life support right now in Austin, and the word is less than encouraging at this point.
Prayers would be appreciated.
