I picked the Cowboys because they have been the hottest team in the NFL the past few weeks

Cowboys win for 3 reasons:
1. Romo seems to have finally grown up into the man and QB it takes to get the job done.
2. Defense wins championships, and Dallas has the better D.
3. McNabb quickly becomes a mediocre QB when he gets rattled, and the Dallas D seems to have his number this year.

Is the blocking on a screen pass not the same in the pros as it is in NCAA? They called PI on Dallas for Whitten blocking downfield before the ball was caught, but the pass was caught behind the LOS.

So so true. We are seeing a fire in these guys eyes unlike we have seen for any Cowboys since the glory days. Gotta give lots of credit to Brookings. He's brought tons of energy and exitement, and you gotta love his leadership. No other team in the league is playing with this much fire right now.

The Cowboys are playing with great confidence right now and seem to have picked the right time of the year to peak. Defensively, they are playing like the kind of team that can go all the way. Offensively, they are finding the combination of running and passing that gives other team's defensive coordinators a headache. The key to this team is controlling the stupid mistakes like penalties and such. Tonight, they had alot of penalties, but they were mostly on first downs and even though they had to go further for the first, they were pretty successful at converting.

If the defense keep playing like they have the last few weeks, this may carry them to the Super Bowl. Next week they get Farve and he is not mobile enough to avoid the rush if the defense is on track. And, there is a good chance the NFC Championship game will come back to the Palace in Arlington. Wouldn't that be great for the Boys and JJ.
