Can Fans Recruit Players?

Always wanted to know if the UIL would frown on HS recruiting by fans, provided there was no compensation discussed or provided?

Recruiting happens all the time in the big cities. Of course, they are usually within the same ISD, so that doesn't count........I guess.:(

parents and players are the biggest recruiters.......been around long enough to see kids that play on an aau team or club team talked into moving or transfering to another school that most of his/her aau, club travel ball what ever teams teammates attend.
