Does this mean that the Mountain West would own the SEC? :thinking: :D

The MWC probably deserves the automatic BCS bid more than the Big East.

If the MWC added Boise, Fresno and one other school (perhaps Houston, UTEP or Nevada), that would be a fairly strong 12-team conference.

Of course, there are also rumors that the Big 10 could take Missouri from the Big 12, leaving the Big 12 to most likely plunder TCU from the Mountain West.

I wonder if now that the Cotton Bowl is held at THE most state of the art facility they will add another BCS game, the Cotton Bowl, and include two non-BCS conferences like MWC and WAC. That would satisfy some of those schools. May water down the BCS competition, but if competition was the aim, we'd get rid of the Bowls and go playoffs lol

i would love to see a ut/tcu matchup next year.

Their schedules are set like 5 years in advance. They can't just up and play tcu whenever they'd like. .

although that is true, there are always cases of teams cancelling on another team, leaving a spot open in the schedule
