does anyone know when the first Madden game was created?

The very first was in 89 and was released on the Apple II. The one I remember as being the true "first" Madden is the one released for SNES which was Madden 94'... I still have it.

Additionally I found that Madden 94 "was the first game in the Madden series with an official NFL team license, as well as the first Madden game that allowed players to play a full regular season (via a password system)."

1st madden game I played was on Sega Genesis like in 92 or 93 I believe.
