I did a similar table for the 5A folks which went over well. Here's the Top 15 current 3A teams that won the most games in the past 10 seasons (as well as Carthage... so that ALL two-time state champs are included) and how they fared in head-to-head matchups.

The SERIES column shows the record of individual series played (no matter how many actual games were played. Thus, even though Abilene Wylie has an 8-2 record against Sweetwater this decade, that counts as 1-0 in regards to winning the series.
(e.g. Celina has a winning record against China Spring, a tie record against Kennedale, and losing records against Gilmer and Carthage, thus making their SERIES record 1-1-2)

The W-L column shows the overall total win-loss record against the other 15 teams since 2000.

Let me know of any errors as I had to go through each history one-by-one and pick out each individual game to compile this.

Liberty Hill played 9 out of a possible 15 teams in the table (the most of any team) and had winning records against 6, tie records against 2 and a losing record against only 1 (Cuero)
