Could of missed some and I didnt do 6 man teams because im not familiar at all with that level

how is celina not number one? 8 state title appearances in 11 seasons? thats about as close to perfect as you can get In this decade (disregarding 98 and 99 not in this decade) they did make 6 state titles and won 4 same as Katy. Katy did it at a higer level. To me consistency in 5a is more impressive than in 2a/3a so much more depth and more to deal with at that level. How many new schools did Celina lose students to opening up in the decade?

With Katy winning more games and beating SLC head to head in 2005, I will give them the edge over SLC. Either way, both were outstanding this decade wining 4 championships in 5A.

They each beat the other one 1 time in the state title game but Katy made 1 more appearance that is why I put them first.

Programs in these top 10 have larger enrollments with more student-athletes to pick from

You also have to consider geographical areas as well.

Other schools in lower classifications are still competitive and have good student athletes that are still successful without winning.

They have all-academic selections and the kids have fun while learning and growing to become adults.

I still disagree with the consistency at higher level of schools for the same issues apply at each level. For example the change for Celina from 2a to 3a twice in the decade while maintaining the highest winning percentage and number of wins remains impressive no matter how you slice it. Have Katy try going to the smallest school in the state in 5a for two seasons in the middle of that run and give those athletes to other schools and where would they be. That is basically what happened to Celina yet we still manage to win.
