You boys did a heck of a job this year. I have been a fan for longer than most of you have been alive. You represented our little town with lots of pride and class. You beat folks you probally should not have and only came up short twice. You won the district outright and unblimished for the first time since 1995. Alvarado will be back. The wounds from the past are healing up and it is good to know that the b/s smell is now diminishing. We are ready to buy our 2002 season tickets now. Never stoop to chicken craps level and all will be fine. Ol'Injun

Y'all made me proud this season. I saw you step up and fill the gaps left from last years seniors on the O & D lines, and really put it to alot of teams we were not able to beat. Congrats on the outright District Championship and carrying on a winning tradition in Alvarado. Good luck with the rest of your year in the other sports and activities you participate in. I look forward to watching y'all play next season.
