I am watching. Horns win first set but still need two more. It was a tough set. Of course all four teams getting this far have to be good to have got here. GO HORNS!

Texas wins set 2 and needs one more to advance. The two games have been battles with Texas winning 25 to 19 and 25 to 20.
Last year at this point Texas was 2 - 0 against Stanford and lost the last 3 sets and failed to advance. I hope it doesn't happen again. The teams are good but I really feel Texas is better and if they play well they will advance. Minnesota is good but they aren't as good as Stanford was last year. Still they are capable of pulling the upset if Texas falters. We will see.

Yes indeed Old. Texas wins the last set 25 to 15 to sweep the semis 3 - -0 and now on to the semis on Saturday night.

As expected Penn State beat Hawaii 3 - 1. Hawaii made a good effort and won a close first set but Penn State took control and won the next three. Texas and Penn State play for the national championship Saturday night at 7 P.M. on ESPN2.

From what I saw, it wasn't as much "Texas choked" as it was Penn State is just that good. Third in a row should tell you something.
