Right and Left offensive tackle... 2nd string behind a 6'4 330 and a 6'4 320, I was a 5'10/11 (still don't really know) 275'er, now a 235'er...

Enjoyed playing scout team LB though, that was fun...

Played a lil D-tackle my freshmen year and had a sack against Victoria-Stroma's JV...

Great fun playing the fuseball...

Inside linebacker in a 5-4-2 defense. Very popular in the 60's. Also played guard on offense. Played center for the Misawa Jets, a military team in Japan.

Right offensive tackle (like my son is now) at Chaffey High School, Ontario California, 1963. On D was a DT in the 5-4-2 set. Weighed 185 at 5'11". Biggest moment: against Riverside Poly High School, 4th and long, score 17-13 Riverside, with 4 minutes to go in the game, the ball on Riverside's 36. Punter takes the snap, fakes it, rolls left to the outside, I break free from the OT and have a clear shot, failed to wrap him up and he goes 65 yards for the TD. That kid was a great athlete! His name: Bobby Bonds Heard he died last month from cancer...really saddened me.

In PEE WEE I played REC and Nose Gaurd. That was my last actual action. I almost caught a pass and was pancaked every game. From that point on I decided that I could help more from the sideline as a manager. After high school I got a job and for fun I started calling football, baseball and basketball games.

I was an end when I got to play that is. I mainly played bench warmer. :) At the end of the bench.

Actually my main sport was track. Ironically now that is the one sport I very rarely attend. To me it is a great sport if you participate but not as a spectator.

'83 - '85 QB, Safety, Punter, Holder at Barbers Hill. We had only 19 players my senior year so going both ways was a given.

I played right tackle both ofensive and defensive, we only had enough guys to fill the positions so there was no relief. Both ways the whole game. I played for Bertram before they consolidated with Burnet, late 60's.

played in jr. high, and then moved on in life in high school to things i was better at.

7th grade- starting fb and 8-tech on B team 5'5" 150 hehe
8th grade- starting strong side lb on B team 5'8" 160

now im 5'8" 190, hehe, amazing what working at a camp will do to you, all the fried food you can handle, hehe. just kiddin

needless to say i was a slacker in practice, therefore i didnt get to play on the A team, or even get to suit up for the A team. so i went and did what i didnt have to work hard at and still be one of the best, band! some of these band turkeys on here keep on talking about band on this board, makes me ashamed to think that they will come on here talking about the band on a football site. hehe, the band is good though, ill give em that, just not as good as it was when i was there wink

Soph. WR
Junior Def.Tackle
Senior Off.TackleThat sounds a lot like me. If I go back to middle school I played TE, DE, DT, OLB, FS, and OT in my career. I used to be really skinny and fast! Now I'm 265 lbs.

On offense I played all line positions other than Tight End, on defense tackle, end, all linebacker positions, then I was the kicker for the team.

I played End, Guard, and Tackle. I sat at the end of the bench, guarded the water bucket, and tackled anyone who came near it.
